SPECIAL ISSUES

Each year one issue of Aquatic Mammals is devoted to a single topic or special issue.  The topic of the special issue is either based on a suggestion by colleagues, created by the Editors, or from a group of papers given at a conference.  The special issue has Guest Editors who work with the journal Editors to create the Table of Contents, Titles, and Authors, seek reviews, and create the whole issue.

If colleagues have an idea for a special issue, they should contact Jeanette Thomas.  If the Guest Editors can provide funding or partial funding for the issue, there is the potential to publish more than one special issue per year.
